Thanks for your interest in funding cures for schizophrenia through IMHRO.
International Mental Health Research Organization (IMHRO) is a nonprofit whose mission is to fund research into better treatments, and ultimately, cures for brain disorders such as schizophrenia. Since 1995 we've enabled donors like you to more than double their investment in mental health research—for every dollar donors have given to research, the government or other private foundations have matched it in follow-on grants. Thousands of people have already benefited from the scientific discoveries made by IMHRO-funded projects.
Your donation will be put to work in projects that hold promise for amazing results. With about a dozen published breakthroughs a year, IMHRO funded scientists are hot on the trail of a new generation of schizophrenia therapies. You can learn about some of these discoveries by clicking on these links:

- Dr. Tyrone Cannon: Developing Early Detection and Potential Preventive Therapy for Psychotic Disorders
- Dr. Andrew Pieper: Developing Therapies for Schizophrenia's Cognitive Symptoms
Because IMHRO's expenses are underwritten by its board, 100% of your donation will be allocated to a research project aimed to help people with schizophrenia, such as those mentioned above. And, your donation will be 100% tax-deductible.
To target your donation specifically to schizophrenia research, please choose that option on the donation form.
